The carefully selected postures used in More 2 in 1 Yoga for Weight Loss will stimulate the digestive system and increase the levels of oxygen within the body. This has the effect of raising the metabolic rate allowing the body to burn body fat faster. The postures also strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups and will reduce tension and stress whilst increasing energy levels. Higher energy levels help to regulate eating patterns and minimise cravings for high calorie foods and drinks. The clear, easy-to-follow session instructions are combined with two different atmospheric background music tracks to form practical and effective yoga sessions that will make a real difference to your weight loss efforts.
